Randomize paragraph locations

You should add the ability to randomize the order in which paragraphs appear. ChimpRewriter also has this ability and it's really useful. I know GSA supports the format.

TBH I think you just give 3 options for random or 'anywhere'. It'd be great if random meant any paragraph break.

I'm using 'insert paragraphs' to add subheadings, so if I have 4 subheadings I often get two immediately after each other as there are only 3 possible content locations, whereas if it was based on paragraph breaks I could have as many subheadings as paragraphs
