No Spun Text

Hello,

I'm using the last version of the Article Generator of the SEO Content Machine Suite.

I'm having this problem:

When I run the article generator the log says:

Error: X-spinner returned no spun test

I've checked the spinner and everything is Ok.

I re-started SEO Content Machine, re-installed and updated to the last version and it's frustrating since the error is still there.

Error: X-spinner returned no spun test

I know that Xspinner is not part of SEO Content Machine and since is a third party software is not the responsibility of your company to fix this, but the error is happening on SEO Content Machine, not on the Xspinner.

Please, I would like to know how to solve this, since we bought your suite, we have a license, and we are paying for a Software that is not working anymore as it used to work in the past.

Best regards,

Alejandro R.

Is SCM able to connect to x-spinner? Did you set the right IP:PORT.

I would need to see a video of this in action.

I don't own a copy of x-spinner so everything you can give me to replicate this problem would help

The error means, SCM sent some text to x-spinner to spin, but instead of spintax it returned nothing to SCM.

Thanks a lot for your fast answers

Here is the error.

Also I can't change the port to 80 default since SCM changes it everytime.

The API IP located at the bottom is SCM API, it is not related to X-Spinner API.

They don't work together.

If you have X-Spinner installed the correct setting is in 3rd Party Logins -> XSpinner

Negative,

The configuration on SCM is for Xspinner

Why are you changing the SCM API port on the main window?

I didn't change it. Its changing by itself without any reason.

Once I put Port = 80 on the main window, it changes automatically.

Is not me. That's why this problem is driving me crazy

I think you are confused.

The reason why it doesn't work on port 80 is because X-Spinner is running on that port.

SCM API is a completely separate service.

You can't run both SCM API and XSpinner on both the same port 80. SCM is auto changing the port number because it is in use by Xspinner.

Ok, Now I understand. Thanks.

But why is SCM returning the "no spun" when Xspinner is working ok?

Can you test X-Spinner with another program like GSA SER?

Maybe port 80 is being blocked by a firewall or AVG?

The only other reason its not working is if x-spinner changed their api, which I don't think they have.
